Event Schedule

Friday November 5th.

• 11:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m Registration.
  A registration table will be set up outside Fillmore Hall. You may pick up your shirts
• and get any needed information for the events.
• 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.  "The Fred McCall Band Members Reunion".
• 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Band of the Hour Rehearsal with the Alumni Band.
• 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. "Hall of Fame Induction".
• 7:00p.m.– 8:00p.m. “Hurricane Howl” ; Parade, Boat Burning and Fireworks.
• 8:00 p.m. – 11:00p.m. "Alumni Avenue"

Alumni Avenue: The Avenue will feature both class and affinity reunions from various years, as well as some school and college events.  Alumni Avenue will be located in a centralized location so guests can view the parade activities and provide alumni a location to visit with friends, regardless of when they graduated or to which organization they were a member! Party-goers will enjoy great food, music, dancing, entertainment, and best of all, the opportunity to visit with all their friends. Sign up as a "Band of the Hour Alumni".

Alumni Avenuealso  includes a weekend parking pass!

Saturday November 6th.

• Shuttle Buses will leave "early" in order to bring Alumni to the Pregame Celebration.
• You may want to take a Shuttle Bus from the Newman Alumni Center and arrive early even if you are not attending the Pregame Celebration in order to get seated with the Band and possibly play in some of the tailgating bands! Many Alumni Band Members will be traveling together on the Newman Alumni Center Shuttle Bus.
• "Game Time" TBA. Updated as soon as we are informed.
• The Band sits in Section 156 by the Student Section. If you already have a ticket and transportation, just meet us there. We usually arrive at least 2 hours before game time.
• If you need to contact someone once arriving you may call Bonnie Baldatti at 786-543-1614.
• Plan to arrive no later than 1 hour before the kick off time.
