2022 Scholarship

The Band of the Hour Association is offering a $1000 scholarship.  The scholarship will be awarded to an individual who has gone above and beyond to contribute to the success of the Band of the Hour.  You must be enrolled as a student and participate in the Band of the Hour for the 2023 Spring or Fall semester.

Email a PDF document to scholarship@bothaonline.com no later than November 30, 2022 11:59pm Eastern.  Use subject: BOTHA Scholarship 2022.


Please include the following information in your submission:

  • Name
  • Major
  • Year in School
  • Years in the Band of the Hour
  • Role(s) in the Band of the Hour (i.e. instrument/color guard/hurricanette, positions or offices held if applicable)
  • Write a personal statement on the contributions you have made to the Band of the Hour and what being a member of the Band of the Hour has meant to you. Please limit your statement to 500 words or less.
